Personally, What I think about the Polyface Farm, and other farms like them is that the are fantastic because, they tend to only sell locally, and to the community that surrounds them which benefits all the local restaurants, grocery stores, and farmers markets. Starting a pig farm is as labor intensive as you might think. Make sure you've got some land for them to roam, decide the purpose of your farm, gather your material and you're set.
